Most days around 430, I start my daily ritual of aggressively scrounging my kitchen for something kinda resembling dinner to feed my family. Well, now that I don’t get home until 530, I have to figure out a better system. I’ve been lucky the last couple weeks because the hubbs has jumped right in and had dinner waiting for me when I get home. Sure, I could just milk it and let him do all the work, but being the selfless wife that I am… I thought I would take some of the burden off him by at least creating a basic meal plan for the week. See how thoughtful I am?
So, despite my numerous failures at meal planning, I’m gonna give it another shot.
Monday: Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Grean Beans, Buttermilk Biscuits
Tuesday: Pumpkin Chicken Chowder*, Cornbread
Friday: Dining out
