I’m really lovin’ food lately. And I’m not just talking about my expanding waist.
I guess when you spend a few weeks eating take out and random leftovers because you’re just too lazy to bust out a pan, that’ll happen.
Over the weekend I spent a decent chunk of time tending to food. Gardening. Grocery shopping. Recipe writing. Cooking. It really got me back into my foodie groove. And I’m seriously excited to spend some time in the kitchen this week.
Monday: Sesame Chicken Stir-fry (with local broccoli, sugar snap peas, and wax beans from the garden), Brown Rice
Tuesday: Homemade Pizza
Wednesday: Grilled Bone-in Pork Chops, Potatoes, Corn
Thursday: Fish Tacos, Beans, Strawberry Mango Jicama Salad
