Meal Plan Monday

It’s August 1st.  A Monday.  My first day back from vacation.  So it seemed like a perfect time to embark on a few new goals for myself.  Most of which involve taking better care of myself.  Because my body is hating me after the abuse it’s taken the last couple months.  As in, my legs ache after sleeping, kinda hating.  Because you all know sleeping is so strenuous that it should cause muscle soreness. 

So you’re going to see me making more healthy choices around here and consuming a lot less Dr. Pepper.  Please pray for me.

    My most favorite will be your Thursday menu. I just love quesadillas. Oh my, the week is almost over. So how did it go? did you consume less Dr. Pepper? I agree with you that me mommies should plan a healthy meal for our bodies.

      Quesadillas are awesome. Quick, easy, and you can throw anything in them.

      Last week was a little rough without Dr Pepper, but I made it 4 days without one. I cracked on Thursday, but that’s the weekend. At least in college days.
