It’s August 1st. A Monday. My first day back from vacation. So it seemed like a perfect time to embark on a few new goals for myself. Most of which involve taking better care of myself. Because my body is hating me after the abuse it’s taken the last couple months. As in, my legs ache after sleeping, kinda hating. Because you all know sleeping is so strenuous that it should cause muscle soreness.
So you’re going to see me making more healthy choices around here and consuming a lot less Dr. Pepper. Please pray for me.

Monday: Grilled Caprese Sandwiches
Tuesday: Sloppy Joes, Sauteed Yellow Squash
Wednesday: Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce
Friday: Snacky Stuff (Cheese, Crackers, Sausage, Raw Veg, Fruit)
