Gah! I am so behind after the holiday weekend!
The last several days have been spent indulging in deliciousness with family and gearing up for the holidays, so unfortunately, the blog has fallen off my priority list temporarily. But I’ve got my house finally cleaned up, my holiday shopping well under way, and lots of exciting things to share with you in the coming weeks.
On the top of my list is a new GIVEAWAY!
As part of my Thankful Thursday series, I had planned to gush on and on about how wonderful my readers are, but I got derailed and never got that post up.
But it still bears mentioning. Because I can’t tell you how much I appreciate what you guys have done for me. The support I have received within the blogging community over the last year has comforted me, motivated me, and inspired me to live my best life.
So, thank you for sharing your lives with me. For helping me feel like I’m not alone.
And now to give a little back. I am so excited to be able to offer one of you fabulous readers a children’s winter coat from Rothschild Kids!
Rothschild was kind enough to send Allison a sample coat to try and I have to say this is one hell of a prize.
Besides being super cute (I love the modern color combo!), it is amazingly well constructed. The hood is removable which is great for when we are just running to and from the car and don’t need the extra bulk of a hood. Plus there is button snaps and velcro closures that secure the front without having to fight zippers for the 30 second trip from the door to the car seat. (You know that coats aren’t to be worn in car seats, right? Of course you do…)
This coat is plenty thick and warm as well as there are lots of pockets to stash hats and gloves or any knick knacks that your child has. to. have. with. them. all. the. time.

Love the snaps, I think of the struggle each morning getting from the car to the front door of daycare, it’s like 30 feet but takes two minutes of prep to get there! LOL
All my coats as a little girl were Rothschild — I’ve been wanting one for Clara! ANd, of course, I’ve yet to get around to buying her winter coat. Shame on me.

What a blessing this would be! It just got super cold today and of course that’s when we realized my daughter had outgrown her coat! This would be a great one!
