Google Friend Connect PSA

In case you live under a rock, I thought I’d just take a moment to remind you that on March 1st, Google Friend Connect will no longer be available for WordPress blogs.  And I’m a WordPress blog.  Which means if you only subscribe via GFC, you will no longer be privy to my witty, ingenious, household rants tips.

So to continue following, there are some fancy little buttons on the top of my sidebar over there that you can click to find me all over the web.  But to make this EVEN easier for you, here are the direct links to my feed and email subscription service and I’ll come to you through your favorite reader or email.

And please follow me on Facebook and Twitter, too.  There is some overlap in content, but now that I figured out how to use my FB page from my phone, I can post unique material over there much easier.

I would also like to mention that Google Reader is 15 kinds of awesome.  You can follow as many blogs as you like, organize them into folders, and scroll through your favorite content WITHOUT CLICKING OVER TO EACH BLOG POST.  (Unless the blog author has not enabled full feed.  Which makes me sad.)  I used to be a Blogger Reading List kinda gal, but Google Reader has seriously changed my life.

I’m telling you this because I love you guys.  Although I also love clicks.  So if you decide to go this route, please continue to stop by on occasion and say “Hello.”  I really am very friendly.  And lurkers are kinda creepy.
